At Online Pet Portraits, every artwork we create is custom-made with care and crafted uniquely for each customer. Because our products are digital downloads and personalized, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

Please read carefully:

1. Digital Product Policy

All purchases made through Online Pet Portraits are for digital files only.
No physical products will be shipped.

Once your final artwork has been delivered via email or download link, all sales are final and non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• We are unable to complete your requested custom artwork based on the photos or description provided.

• A technical issue prevents the delivery of your digital file and cannot be resolved.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after artwork has been delivered.

• Customer dissatisfaction based on style preference after approval of initial samples or proofs (unless agreed otherwise).

• Errors in the provided photos or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if work on your portrait has not yet begun.

• If work has already started, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund based on the level of completion.

4. Artwork Revisions

We offer minor revisions (small adjustments to colors, backgrounds, or details) free of charge to ensure you’re happy with your portrait.

Significant revisions or complete redraws due to changes in the original order details may incur additional charges.
