• You will receive a high-resolution digital file (JPG or PNG format) delivered via email or secure download link.

  • Modify or create derivative works for sale without our written consent.

We retain copyright ownership of all artwork created unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the customized nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the artwork is delivered.

• However, if we are unable to complete your requested portrait (e.g., if the concept is too complex or outside our scope), we will issue a full refund.

• Minor edits are typically accommodated; significant revisions may incur additional fees.

If you are unhappy with your portrait, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your file, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. User Content and Photo Submissions

• By submitting photos, you affirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them.

• You grant us the right to create artwork based on your submitted images.

• You also grant permission for your final artwork to be displayed in our marketing materials, portfolio, website galleries, and social media unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of purchase.
